Refund policy

Products are normally dispatched by Royal Mail.

MPIRA reserves the right to substitute alternative equivalent postal providers/couriers if necessary.

If you would like to return or exchange a product, please do so to the return address on your invoice and we would be happy to exchange or refund your order.

Product(s) must be in the condition as purchased to be accepted for refund, without signs of wear or tear and with the original packaging.

Your statutory rights are unaffected by this policy.
